- Conduct classroom teaching, using multimedia tools and experiential learning methods to make complex political concepts accessible.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, projects, and board examinations, providing timely feedback and remedial support where needed.
- Organise extracurricular activities such as model parliament, quiz competitions, and field visits to legislative assemblies to enrich the Political Science Teacher Recruitment in Maharastra experience.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and professional development workshops to stay updated with educational best practices.
