PGT Political Science Teacher Position at Navy Children School, Mumbai
Navy Children School in Mumbai seeks a dedicated PGT Political Science Teacher to inspire students with engaging lessons in the subject. This role requires someone passionate about shaping young minds through critical analysis of governance, international relations, and contemporary political theories.
Design and deliver high-quality classroom lessons aligned with CBSE syllabus, ensuring interactive discussions and practical applications of political concepts. Develop and implement unit-wise assessments that encourage analytical thinking and debate among students. Foster a collaborative learning environment where students explore political ideologies, ethics, and civic responsibilities through group projects and case studies. Stay updated on national and international political developments to incorporate relevant examples in teaching. Maintain detailed teaching records and provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their understanding of political science fundamentals.
A postgraduate degree in Political Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential. Four years of teaching experience, preferably in schools, is mandatory. Experience in guiding students through political theory and current affairs will be highly valued.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
