Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Psychology from a recognized university. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for teaching positions in schools. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
A minimum of three years of teaching experience in schools, preferably in subjects related to psychology or social sciences. Experience in shaping young minds through interactive teaching methods is a strong asset. Familiarity with modern educational tools and digital platforms for virtual teaching is beneficial.
