Oversee teacher training programs to improve instructional quality and student engagement in Physics subjects. Ensure compliance with academic policies and standards while fostering innovation in teaching methodologies. Develop and implement assessment frameworks to evaluate student performance and faculty effectiveness. Act as a liaison between the Physics department and other academic divisions to promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities. Maintain records and documentation for departmental activities, including attendance, progress reports, and compliance checks. Represent Billabong High International School | Mulund at external educational forums, conferences, and partnerships to enhance departmental visibility and networking.
Must have a postgraduate degree in Physics or a related field with at least five years of relevant experience in school administration or departmental leadership. Strong leadership experience in managing academic programs and faculty development is essential. Proven ability to work within a multicultural and international educational environment is a key requirement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Hindi. Experience in budget management and financial reporting for educational institutions is highly valued. Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a focus on academic excellence. Familiarity with school management software and digital learning platforms is preferred.
