Prt Academic Coordinator Job in Mumbai City, Maharastra | School Vacancy
Responsibilities
The Prt Academic Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of the primary curriculum across all grades at Billang High International School | Mulund. Responsibilities include coordinating assessment schedules, monitoring academic progress, and ensuring compliance with state education regulations. The role also involves leading a team of academic staff, preparing performance reports for senior management, and facilitating parent‑teacher interactions to support student outcomes.
Key duties include managing timetables, organizing professional development workshops, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for teaching and learning processes. The coordinator will act as a liaison between the school administration and the academic department, handling resource allocation and budget tracking for academic activities.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a postgraduate qualification along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed as a minimum educational credential. A minimum of five years’ experience in academic administration within a school setting is essential. Experience in handling curriculum coordination, assessment management, and staff supervision is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, familiarity with these standards is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English and Marathi, proficiency in school management software, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and senior leaders are expected.
Salary
The compensation for this position is Rs.55,000 - Rs.75,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
