Student assessment
Design formative and summative assessments, analyze results, and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Classroom management
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and academic integrity. Implement behavior management strategies aligned with school policies.
Collaborative planning
Engage in regular team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the development of cross‑disciplinary projects that integrate English language skills.

Stay current with educational trends, attend workshops, and pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree in any discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting. Strong command of the English language and a passion for student development.
Compensation and location
