A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, with a postgraduate degree in Science preferred. Three years of teaching experience in a Science-related role is required, though not necessarily in Mumbai City. A TET/CTET certificate is not mandatory but is advantageous for career progression.
