Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for understanding educational frameworks, though not mandatory for this administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of inclusive education policies and best practices in special needs support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or coordination role within an educational setting, preferably involving special education or student support services.
Salary
Competitive remuneration at Rs.25,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
