Role
The post is for a full‑time TGT Chemistry Teacher at Nahar International School, located in Mumbai City, Maharastra. The teacher will handle Chemistry classes for secondary grades and contribute to the academic schedule.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver the Chemistry curriculum in accordance with the state board guidelines. Conduct practical sessions, laboratory safety checks and assess student performance through tests, assignments and projects. Maintain records of attendance, grades and laboratory inventory. Participate in departmental meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and school events related to science education.
Qualification
Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Chemistry along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Preference is given to those who have cleared TET or CTET. A valid teaching certificate as per Maharashtra regulations is required.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the secondary level is essential. Experience in managing school labs and using digital teaching tools will be advantageous.
Salary
The remuneration for this position is Rs.35,000 - Rs.55,000 per month, payable as per school policy.
