Qualifications and digital literacy requirements
Postgraduate degree in English with B.Ed/D.El.Ed is mandatory. Proficiency in using smart classrooms and LMS platforms is essential. Experience with Google Classroom, Kahoot, and Canva is preferred. Familiarity with AI-based writing assistants for lesson planning is an added advantage.
