What You Will Do
Plan and deliver Business Studies lessons for Grades 11-12 using case studies from Indian enterprises like Tata or Reliance. Incorporate local examples—such as Nagpur’s budding startup ecosystem—to make theories relatable. Differentiate instruction by providing tiered assignments, visual aids for visual learners, and peer-teaching opportunities for collaborative learners.
Guide students in preparing for competitive exams like CA-CPT or CS Foundation through focused mentoring sessions. Organize mock stock market simulations to teach investment concepts practically. Support students with learning difficulties by breaking syllabus content into smaller, manageable segments and using simple language.
Address doubts during designated doubt-clearing slots and maintain records of student progress. Collaborate with subject colleagues to align Business Studies content with CBSE guidelines. Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and suggest home-based learning strategies.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Business Studies/Commerce with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this PGT Business Studies Teacher Vacancy in Nagpur. Prior teaching experience of at least 3 years in Business Studies at the senior secondary level is essential.
