For this position, a B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, with a postgraduate degree in History preferred. A strong command of English and regional languages is essential, along with experience in classroom management and student counseling. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly valued if you hold it. Three years of teaching experience, particularly in a school setting, will be a significant asset.
