Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Mathematics curricula for classes 6-10, ensuring a smooth transition to board-level exams.

- Mentor junior staff members, providing guidance on Mathematics teaching methodologies and curriculum implementation.
- Analyze and interpret Mathematics board exam results, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics-related projects and initiatives.
- Attend and contribute to parent-teacher meetings and staff development sessions.
- Stay updated on Mathematics curriculum developments and make recommendations for implementation at Heritage International School.
- Supervise Mathematics teachers, providing feedback and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Assist in the development and administration of Mathematics-related school policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice Principal or Principal.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required, with a proven track record of academic excellence and leadership potential. NET or SET qualification is preferred, but not essential.
