Role Summary
Heritage International School, a premier educational institution in Nagpur, invites applications for the post of TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Computer Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to students from classes 6 to 12.
Day-to-Day Duties
Design and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to students
Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding
Prepare and distribute study materials and worksheets to students
Organize and supervise computer labs to ensure smooth functioning
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Valid TET or CTET certificate (not mandatory)
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching Computer Science to students
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation
- Familiarity with educational technology and software
