Role Summary

Pedagogy and Tools
Lessons are planned on the school’s LMS where students access animated Marathi stories, grammar exercises, and pronunciation videos. Every classroom has a smart board for live writing practice and audio-visual lessons. Google Classroom acts as the daily hub for assignments, feedback, and parent communication. Blended learning models combine in-person teaching with online modules for self-paced revision.
What You Will Do
Create digital lesson plans for Marathi grammar, literature, and writing skills aligned with Maharashtra State Board syllabus. Record short teaching videos in Marathi for the LMS so students can revisit difficult topics. Use smart boards to demonstrate letter formation, sentence construction, and poetry recitation with real-time corrections. Upload worksheets, quizzes, and audio clips on Google Classroom weekly. Conduct live doubt-clearing sessions on Google Meet for students who need extra help. Monitor student progress through the LMS analytics and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Organize monthly Marathi recitation and elocution competitions using digital presentation tools. Collaborate with the ICT team to update Marathi content on the school’s YouTube channel for wider reach.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Marathi or related field with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum three years of teaching Marathi as a subject in a recognized school. Familiarity with Maharashtra State Board curriculum for Marathi is essential. Experience using digital tools in classroom teaching is preferred.
