About This Role

Candidates will lead TGT Physical Education classes using digital lesson plans and real-time health analytics for each student. Teaching Approach

Smart boards display tactical diagrams, fitness timers, and recorded student performance clips. Blended learning includes flipped classroom sessions where students review yoga or aerobics tutorials at home before practicing in school.
Key Responsibilities
Plan daily Physical Education sessions for TGT students, integrating digital attendance and fitness logs on the school’s LMS. Conduct skill assessments using motion-analysis apps and upload results to cloud portals within 24 hours. Organize inter-house sports meets with live score updates streamed on the school app for parents. Design Google Forms for student feedback on PE sessions and analyze trends to refine curriculum. Coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot projector or smart board issues during classes. Prepare digital portfolios showcasing student progress in yoga, athletics, and team sports. Lead virtual warm-up sessions via Zoom when required by weather or health advisories. Maintain a repository of PE lesson plans, drill videos, and safety guidelines on the school’s shared drive.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized Indian university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory for TGT cadre. Minimum three years of teaching experience in Physical Education at the secondary level.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Google Classroom, LMS platforms, and basic video editing tools. Familiarity with fitness apps such as MyFitnessPal or Strava for student tracking. Digital literacy to create e-content and manage online PE portfolios. Experience using smart boards and wireless fitness sensors in classroom settings.
Salary and Benefits
Salary ranges from Rs.24,000 to Rs.45,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
