PRT Science Teacher Job in Nanded, Maharastra | School Recruitment
The reality of this role
Teaching at Saptagiri Podar Learn School means handling primary science classes in Degloor, Nanded, with a mix of hands‑on experiments and textbook lessons. You will prepare simple lab setups, manage classroom resources, and interact with parents during weekly meetings. What you will actually do
- Deliver the NCERT science syllabus for classes I‑V with interactive teaching methods.
- Design and conduct weekly practical sessions using limited lab equipment.
- Create and mark worksheets, quizzes and project assessments.
- Maintain attendance and progress records for each student.
- Participate in faculty meetings and share ideas for curriculum improvement.
- Organize science fairs and exhibitions for the School PRT Science Opening events.
- Communicate student performance and concerns to parents and guardians.
- Support co‑teachers in integrating cross‑subject activities that reinforce scientific thinking.
Who can do this job
- Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Science.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- TET/CTET qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable teaching in Marathi and English mediums.

- Strong command of basic science concepts and the ability to simplify them.
- Patience, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in young learners.
- Good classroom management skills and the ability to adapt lessons on the fly.
- Familiarity with basic digital tools for lesson planning.
