PRT Dance Teacher Job in Nashik, Maharashtra | School Recruitment
Navjeevan Education Society invites applications for a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher role to enhance the creative arts curriculum in our school. This is a full-time position focused on delivering engaging dance lessons across various grades, fostering students' artistic expression and physical coordination. The role requires a passionate educator who can inspire young learners while aligning with our institution’s commitment to holistic development.
Teaching responsibilities will include designing age-appropriate dance programs, conducting daily classes, and ensuring students grasp fundamental techniques. The PRT will also assist in assessing students’ progress through practical evaluations, ensuring they meet learning objectives. Parent-teacher interactions will be minimal but essential for sharing student performance milestones and encouraging family support for arts participation.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with at least two years of teaching experience in a school setting. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in teaching dance, preferably in a classroom environment, and a strong foundation in Indian dance forms or contemporary styles. Familiarity with school curriculum frameworks will be an asset.
