What you will do

What you need
Must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification from a recognized university.
Must possess a valid TET or CTET certificate for primary teaching eligibility.
Must have at least two years of experience teaching Marathi at the primary level.
Strong command over Marathi grammar, literature, and spoken communication skills.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics and handle diverse learning needs effectively.
Knowledge of child psychology and modern teaching methodologies is preferred.
Computer literacy for preparing digital content and maintaining student records.
