TGT Marathi Teacher Job in Nashik, Maharastra | School Recruitment
Job Summary
Navjeevan Education Society invites applications for a full‑time TGT Marathi Teacher position in Nashik, Maharastra. The role involves delivering the Marathi curriculum to classes IX‑XII and preparing students for state board examinations. Candidates must hold a graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed and have at least 2 years of teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging Marathi lessons in accordance with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus.
2. Assess student performance through periodic tests, assignments and provide constructive feedback.
3. Develop and update teaching materials, worksheets and visual aids to enhance classroom interaction.
4. Conduct remedial sessions for students who need additional support in Marathi language skills.
5. Participate in school meetings, parent‑teacher conferences and co‑ordinate with senior faculty for curriculum alignment.
6. Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books and submit timely reports to the administration.
7. Organise cultural and literary events such as Marathi poetry recitals and drama competitions.
8. Mentor junior teachers and assist in their professional development within the school.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET. Minimum two years of teaching experience in Marathi at the secondary level.
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a school setting, handling classes IX‑XII and preparing students for board examinations.
Salary
Rs.17,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
