Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement engaging chemistry curricula for students from Class 9 to Class 12, aligning with the school's academic standards.
2. Conduct regular lectures, demonstrations, and experiments to facilitate effective learning and understanding of complex chemistry concepts.
3. Create and maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.
4. Prepare and administer assessments, exams, and quizzes to evaluate student progress and understanding.
5. Provide individualized attention and support to students, catering to their diverse learning needs and abilities.
6. Collaborate with other department members to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
7. Participate in staff development programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices.
8. Contribute to the development of the school's chemistry curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practices.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong academic background in chemistry, a valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, and a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience. A NET or SET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
