How You Will Teach

Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver Political Science lessons for Classes 11 and 12 with clear learning outcomes.
Organize weekly current affairs discussions linked to syllabus themes.
Prepare students for board exams with structured answer writing and model question practice.
Conduct monthly quizzes on Indian Constitution and international organizations.
Guide students in preparing research projects on Maharashtra’s political history.
Collaborate with the social science department to align Political Science content with history and economics.
Maintain updated teaching resources including newspapers, journals, and digital archives.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress in Political Science.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Political Science with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in social sciences.
Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
Skills We Value
Strong command over constitutional provisions, political theories, and international relations.
Ability to facilitate debates and discussions in Marathi and English.
Skill in using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and online polling tools for interactive lessons.
Experience in designing question papers and conducting viva voce for Political Science.
