What You Will Do
As a TGT English Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering lessons that cater to different learning levels and abilities
- Creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote student participation and understanding
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve
- Developing and implementing inclusive lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning needs
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- Supporting students with special needs and English language learners
- Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports
- Contributing to school-wide initiatives that promote English language and literature
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development programs
