Develop monthly lesson plans aligned with Maharashtra State Board syllabus and integrate creative writing exercises. Organize annual Marathi Kavi Sammelan and Sahitya Sabha events to promote cultural engagement. Mentor students for inter-school Marathi elocution and essay writing competitions.
Conduct remedial classes for students weak in Marathi grammar and comprehension. Coordinate with other subject teachers to support cross-curricular Marathi projects. Maintain student portfolios and track progress through quarterly reviews.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Marathi with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum three years of Marathi Teacher Job in Osmanabad or similar urban school settings is required. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in spoken and written Marathi is essential. Familiarity with Maharashtra State Board curriculum and examination patterns is necessary. Prior experience in coaching for board exams will be an advantage.
