As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the hostel, maintaining a safe and conducive environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily activities of the hostel, including meals, laundry, and maintenance.
2. Ensure the overall discipline and security of the hostel.
3. Coordinate with teachers and other staff members to ensure seamless communication.
4. Handle student queries, complaints, and issues in a fair and empathetic manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
6. Collaborate with the administration to plan and implement hostel events and activities.
7. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the hostel premises.
8. Develop and implement strategies to promote student welfare and well-being.
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in any discipline is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in education or a related field. Relevant experience in hostel administration or a similar role is a must. Knowledge of basic computer applications and administrative software is also essential.
