Responsibilities
Oversee the entire mathematics department at Billabong High International School | Amanora. Lead curriculum planning, assessment design, and resource allocation to meet state and national standards. Coordinate with department coordinators to ensure smooth implementation of instructional strategies. Manage budgetary aspects, monitor expenditure, and prepare financial reports for the department. Facilitate professional development workshops for staff, focusing on innovative teaching methods and technology integration. Act as the primary liaison between the school administration and the maths faculty, ensuring clear communication and alignment with school goals. Evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career progression within the department. Represent the school in external forums, conferences, and collaboration initiatives related to mathematics education.
Salary
Rs.17,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a leadership or administrative role within a school setting. Proven track record of managing a subject department and driving academic excellence.
Location
