Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in History from a recognized university is mandatory.
B.Ed certification from a accredited institution is required.
Minimum three years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
Effective communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.
Preferred Skills
Ability to make complex historical narratives accessible and interesting.
Strong classroom management capabilities for diverse student groups.
Proficiency in using digital tools for interactive learning sessions.
Patience and empathy when dealing with varying learning speeds.
