Position summary

Reporting and scope
The teacher reports directly to the Head of the Science Department.
Core duties

Student assessment and support
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments.
Provide individualized feedback and extra coaching sessions for students needing additional help.
Track progress and prepare progress reports for parents and school administration.
Classroom management and environment
Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere.
Encourage collaborative learning through group projects and peer discussions.
Professional development and collaboration

Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and school science events.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Physics or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the secondary level.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and location
Salary range: Rs.35,000 – Rs.45,000 per month.
