To qualify, candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university. A graduate degree in English or a related field is also required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in English or a similar subject, is mandatory.
