PRT Marathi Teacher Job in Pune, Maharastra | School Recruitment

- Teaching Marathi language and literature to students from Class 1 to 10
- Preparing and implementing lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations
- Integrating technology into the classroom to enhance teaching and learning
- Developing and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement curriculum
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings and progress reports
- Participating in staff development and training programs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by the school
Qualifications and Digital Literacy Requirements:
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Marathi language and literature
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong digital literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and educational software
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching methods
Skills for the Modern Classroom:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: Rs.15,000 - Rs.30,000 per month
