Responsibilities

- Conduct solo and group performances, preparing students for inter‑school concerts, cultural fests, and community events.
- Assess student progress through regular auditions, project presentations, and music theory examinations.

- Maintain and organise the school’s music library, ensuring instruments and resources are available and well‑cared for.
- Mentor and guide students in forming school bands, choirs, and orchestras, fostering teamwork and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a music teacher in a school setting.
- Proficiency in at least two musical instruments and familiarity with contemporary and classical music styles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students of diverse backgrounds.
