About This Role
Sankalp International School Pune invites fresh B.Ed graduates who have studied Sanskrit as a subject to join as PRT Sanskrit Teacher. This is a full-time position where you will teach foundational Sanskrit to young learners in Punecity, Pune. The role is designed to help you grow from day one with structured mentorship and classroom support.
Day-to-Day Duties
Teach Sanskrit grammar, vocabulary, and simple shlokas to primary students using activity-based methods. Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with Sankalp International School Pune curriculum and conduct formative assessments. Attend monthly training sessions on modern Sanskrit teaching techniques and classroom management. Collaborate with senior Sanskrit teachers to refine teaching materials and student engagement strategies. Support extracurricular Sanskrit recitation and chanting events at school. Use storytelling and visual aids to make Sanskrit accessible and enjoyable for young learners. Receive regular feedback from mentors and work on personalized improvement plans.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in Sanskrit or related field with B.Ed from a recognized university is required. Fresh B.Ed graduates are welcome to apply.
