Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality chemistry lessons aligned with the Maharashtra State Board curriculum.

3. Prepare and update lesson plans, including worksheets and practical activities, to support diverse learning needs.
4. Assess students’ performance through regular evaluations, quizzes, and practical assessments.
5. Collaborate with the science department to develop interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
6. Maintain a well-organized classroom, including lab equipment and resources, for effective teaching.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages scientific inquiry and teamwork.
8. Attend faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching trends.
9. Provide feedback to students on their assignments, projects, and lab reports in a constructive manner.
10. Ensure compliance with school safety protocols, especially when handling chemical substances in practical sessions.
