This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000.
The teacher will prepare engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills. Daily classroom instruction will include interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises to enhance student engagement. Assessments will be conducted regularly to evaluate progress, with feedback provided to both students and parents. Collaboration with the Hindi department will ensure cohesive teaching strategies and resource sharing. Attendance at school events and workshops related to language pedagogy will be expected. For this role, a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is highly desirable. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
