Classroom Instruction – Conducting engaging lectures, demonstrations, and group activities to make abstract concepts tangible. Using visual aids, lab equipment, and digital resources effectively.
Student Assessment – Evaluating student performance through quizzes, projects, and practical assessments. Providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
Curriculum Support – Assisting in reviewing and updating physics curriculum materials. Participating in departmental meetings to discuss teaching methodologies and resource allocation.
Extracurricular Engagement – Organizing science fairs, workshops, or competitions to encourage hands-on learning. Collaborating with parents to address physics-related queries and support student development.
A postgraduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Two years of relevant teaching experience at the TGT level is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage.
