The Academy School in Pune is seeking a dedicated TGT Political Science Teacher to join its Haveli campus. What will I actually do?
You will design and deliver engaging lesson plans covering key topics like Indian Constitution, comparative politics, and political theories. Classroom interactions will include discussions on current events, case studies, and debates to deepen students’ understanding. Assessments will blend written exams, group projects, and practical evaluations to ensure holistic learning.
What do I need to qualify?
To apply, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Political Science or a related field. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. A strong command of the English language and familiarity with CBSE/NIOS syllabus will be advantageous.
What experience is expected?
This position requires at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in Political Science or a related discipline. Experience in shaping young minds through interactive teaching methods and handling diverse student backgrounds will be highly valued.
