Regular classroom assessments, mid‑term and end‑term examinations will be administered, with detailed feedback provided to students. The teacher will also facilitate classroom discussions, encouraging critical thinking and practical application of concepts.
Mentoring students through project work, group presentations, and business simulations is a key responsibility, fostering analytical skills and teamwork. Attendance, discipline, and student progress monitoring will be maintained in accordance with school policies. The teacher will participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development sessions, and professional development workshops to stay current with educational trends. Coordination with co‑ordinators for inter‑departmental activities, such as business fairs and guest lectures, is expected.
Student support extends beyond academics; the teacher will offer guidance on career choices, college admissions, and skill development relevant to business careers. Collaboration with parents through progress meetings and newsletters will strengthen the school’s community engagement. The role also involves maintaining an organized and resourceful classroom environment, ensuring all teaching materials are up to date and accessible. Qualification and experience
Candidates must hold a post‑graduate degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed certificate is required, with TET/CTET preferred.
