Job Overview
Goodwill International Foundation School is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) to teach Mathematics to students in Thane, Maharastra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics and excellent teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons to students in classes XI and XII.
2. Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
4. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events.
6. Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum to meet school standards.
7. Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to improve Mathematics teaching and learning.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- TET or CTET certification (not mandatory).
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Good to Have
- Experience teaching Mathematics at the senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with CBSE or ICSE curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
