PRT Art and Craft Teacher Position at Euro School, Thane
Euro School in Thane seeks a dedicated PRT (Primary Room Teacher) specializing in Art and Craft to join its vibrant primary section. This role focuses entirely on nurturing creativity through hands-on art activities, ensuring students develop both technical skills and imaginative expression. The teacher will work closely with young learners to inspire confidence in their artistic abilities while aligning with Euro School’s emphasis on holistic education.
The position requires a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, though prior teaching experience is preferred. Your passion for visual arts and ability to engage children in diverse craft projects will be key. You’ll plan engaging lessons, assist in classroom demonstrations, and guide students in projects like pottery, painting, and textile arts.
Art and Craft at Euro School thrives on practical, experiential learning. You’ll create age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration—whether it’s designing murals, crafting from recycled materials, or exploring traditional Indian art forms. Collaboration with other teachers and parents will ensure a supportive environment for both students and staff.
A strong foundation in Art and Craft pedagogy and familiarity with school-level curriculum standards will be valuable. Your role will also involve observing and documenting student progress to ensure continuous improvement in their artistic growth. The salary for this full-time position is competitive, offering Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, along with benefits tailored to educators.
This opportunity at Euro School is ideal for someone who believes in making learning fun and meaningful through art. If you’re eager to shape young minds while enjoying the creative process, this could be the perfect fit.
