Develop interactive teaching methods using visual aids, storytelling, and practical exercises to boost student engagement. Assess students’ progress through continuous evaluation and provide constructive feedback to support their language development. Collaborate with the Hindi department to integrate cultural activities, such as festivals, poetry recitals, and folk traditions, into the classroom. Maintain organized teaching resources, including textbooks, workbooks, and digital materials, to support effective lesson planning.
To qualify, hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience in Hindi. A graduate background with a passion for early childhood education is essential.
