Responsibilities
- Coordinate all dance-related activities, including rehearsals, performances, and competitions.
- Develop and maintain a calendar of events, ensuring alignment with academic schedules.
- Liaise with external partners, such as local dance troupes and cultural organizations, to enrich program offerings.
- Manage budgets for costumes, props, and travel, tracking expenditures and reporting to the administration.
- Supervise support staff and volunteers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance evaluations, and equipment inventories.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with school leadership.
