Assist in reviewing and updating teaching materials to reflect the latest educational standards. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and share best practices with colleagues. Help prepare students for state-level assessments like TET/CTET if applicable.
Student Engagement
Encourage active participation through group discussions, storytelling, and creative writing activities. Build strong teacher-student relationships to motivate learning and boost confidence in English-speaking abilities. Provide extra guidance to students who need additional support.
Administrative Collaboration
Report regularly on student performance and attendance to the principal or concerned authorities. Assist in organizing school events related to English, such as poetry recitals or language festivals. Maintain organized records of student progress and classroom activities as required.
