The PRT Mathematics Teacher will design lesson plans that align with the Nagaland curriculum, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning abilities. The teacher will also assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and continuous evaluation, ensuring each child builds confidence in math. A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required, along with at least two years of teaching experience. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mathematics education, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate students in a supportive school setting.
