Your Students

As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to students from Class XI to XII. You will be expected to adapt your teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote in-depth understanding of Physics concepts among students.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction, to meet the needs of all learners.
- Prepare and administer mid-term and final examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum development and implementation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to students outside of class hours.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments in the field of Physics.
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you should have a postgraduate degree in Physics and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed certification. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required, with a proven track record of promoting student learning and achievement. While a TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
