TGT Computer Science Teacher Position at SBD International School, Bhadrak
SBD International School in Bhadrak seeks a dedicated TGT Computer Science Teacher to join its team in Bhadrak Rural. The role focuses on delivering engaging computer science education aligned with modern curriculum standards, fostering students’ technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement lesson plans for Computer Science, covering programming fundamentals, algorithms, and digital literacy.
2. Conduct interactive classroom sessions, including coding workshops and practical projects to enhance student engagement.
3. Assess students’ understanding through quizzes, projects, and hands-on assignments, ensuring alignment with school evaluation criteria.
4. Collaborate with the faculty to integrate technology into broader academic programs, promoting interdisciplinary learning.
5. Maintain updated teaching resources, including software tools, lab equipment, and digital learning materials.
6. Guide students in understanding ethical aspects of technology, cybersecurity basics, and responsible digital behavior.
7. Attend regular faculty meetings and participate in curriculum development discussions to refine teaching strategies.
8. Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, addressing individual student needs with support from the school administration.
To qualify, a candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of relevant teaching experience in Computer Science at the secondary level is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in Bhadrak Rural, Odisha.
