Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver Evs lessons for NTT classes using activity-based methods.
2. Prepare teaching aids and visuals to explain environmental concepts clearly.
3. Organize field trips and nature walks to connect classroom learning with real life.
4. Assess student progress through observation and simple assignments.
5. Maintain student portfolios and record developmental milestones.
6. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to share student progress.
7. Participate in school events and Evs-related competitions.
8. Support co-curricular activities linked to environmental awareness.
9. Follow St. Xavier School’s teaching policies and safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
Minimum 2 years of Evs teaching experience in early childhood
Familiarity with Odisha state board curriculum
Basic computer skills for lesson planning
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification
Experience in bilingual teaching
Knowledge of child psychology and classroom management
Training in activity-based learning methods
Skills We Value
Strong communication in English and Odia
Ability to create simple teaching materials
Patience and enthusiasm for young learners
Teamwork with colleagues and staff
Reliability and punctuality in attendance
