What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Conduct regular classes, workshops, and tutorials to ensure students grasp complex Accountancy concepts.
- Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities, quizzes, and competitions to promote healthy competition and academic excellence.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning environment.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments in Accountancy to provide students with a cutting-edge education.
- Assist in evaluating student performance, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in staff meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in school activities to ensure a holistic education for students.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure seamless integration of Accountancy with other subjects, promoting a well-rounded education.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to the needs of students with varying learning styles.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is mandatory for this role.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
Preferred Skills
- 3 years of experience as a PGT in Accountancy in a reputable school.
- Strong subject matter expertise and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to contribute to school activities, curriculum development, and staff meetings.
