Use simple Odia and English where needed to explain grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
Prepare low-cost teaching aids using local resources to make lessons engaging.
Conduct small-group sessions for students who need extra help in Hindi.
Assess learners through oral quizzes, written assignments, and project work.
Organize Hindi recitation, storytelling, and cultural activities each month.
Collaborate with special educators to adapt materials for students with learning differences.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and term-end results.
