Role Summary
As a TGT Physical Education Teacher in St. Xavier School, Cuttack, you will be responsible for teaching Physical Education to students from Class VI to Class XII. Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver lessons on Physical Education to students of Class VI to Class XII.
- Conduct sports and games activities, including cricket, football, and basketball.
- Develop and implement physical fitness programs for students.
- Assist in organizing school sports events and tournaments.
- Maintain a safe and organized sports environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop a comprehensive Physical Education curriculum.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the school's Physical Education program.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification in Physical Education from a recognized university.
- 3 years of experience as a Physical Education Teacher in a school.
- Good knowledge of sports and games activities.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET qualification.
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Management.
- Experience in coaching or managing sports teams.
