Job Profile
As a TGT Social Science Teacher at St. Xavier School in Cuttack, Odisha, you will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students from Class 6 to Class 10.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach lesson plans for Social Science classes.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Maintain records of student performance and attendance.
- Develop and implement engaging Social Science teaching methods.
- Provide guidance and support to students outside class hours.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to school development.
- Engage in co-curricular activities that promote social science learning.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a post-graduate degree in Social Science or a relevant field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Prior teaching experience of at least 3 years is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the TET or CTET examination.

- Strong knowledge of Social Science curriculum and pedagogy.

Remuneration
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.24,000 - Rs.38,000 per month, as per the school's pay scale.
